3-SW Click Join us for an exciting new small group experience near TCU on Thursday nights! Our group is uniquely designed for families with pre-teens (or young teens) and elementary kids, specifically tailored to the needs of parents and children alike. We have children of our own, including a 12-year-old, a 10-year-old, and an 8-year-old, so we understand the dynamics of this stage of life. Our mission this year is simple but powerful: "be one, make one, and reach one." We strive to be faithful followers of Christ, to make disciples within our own families and communities, and to reach out to our friends and loved ones with the transformative love of Jesus. In the midst of our busy lives, we are committed to encouraging one another on this journey of faith. We believe that together, we can navigate this season of life and continue to grow in our relationship with Christ. If you're searching for a supportive and welcoming community where you can nurture your faith and be part of a group that's passionate about making a positive impact, we invite you to come and check us out. We look forward to sharing this faith-filled adventure with you and your family as we grow together in Christ's love. 2 41 Fort Worth Campus 30's

3-SW Williams Our group is a mix of couples mostly in their 30’s & 40’s who are busy raising their children that range from toddlers to teenagers and finding time for family, work, kids’ activities, and most importantly growing in our walk with Christ. We’ve been together for 4 years and enjoy new couples each year that now are like family. To describe our group, one member said “I love how our group builds one another up through the study of God’s Word, consistent encouragement, and prayer.” Another member said “One of my favorite things about our home group is I can call for help or prayer at literally any time and you will be there to step in or lift up a prayer on my behalf.” Also one member said “My favorite part of our group is the un-interrupted one hour solid time of discussing the sermon notes, and digging into the passages we are studying.” And a new member last year said “I’m not as intimidated as I thought I may be because I don’t know the Bible as well as others, but instead feel comfortable to ask questions and have grown.” We meet weekly, starting with a light snack and dessert. We jump into conversation on the sermon and God’s Word and how it applies to our lives and changes us. We finish the evening in prayer with guys and ladies praying separately. Outside of the group time, we plan dinners together, celebrate birthdays, holidays and have cookouts with kids invited. We have been rotating houses for the location we meet but would love for you to join our fellowship! Tuesday at 7:00 PM 14 41 Fort Worth Campus 30's, 40's

5-SW Rodden - Online Online only through Videoconference Our group includes women and men in Life Stages 5 and 6, some with children, grandchildren, and a few with great-grandchildren. We would all gain from younger members and have been so blessed in the past. Some members work, some raise and care for families, some are single, and some have been long-time members of the group while others are fairly new. We delight in learning from each other as God has made each of us in His own image yet with different experiences and ideas, all seeking to know our Lord more fully as He has called us together for His church in our differences which He has given us. We are grateful to Christ Chapel Bible Church for guidance and encouragement to grow in faith through a small group after worshipping together on Sundays. We enjoy fellowship, fun, celebrating birthdays and blessings in our lives, and sharing needs and desires and responding to them, all kept confidential within our group. Those who are willing join together for a service project. Discussion of the sermon note questions includes opportunity for to sharing ideas and wisdom from Scripture. We pray together in different formats—as a group, in pairs, each one adding thoughts according to personal desires. Fellowship after discussion and prayer includes healthy food and sweet treats! Sometimes we gather informally to simply enjoy each other’s presence. Wednesday at 7:00 PM 9 69 Fort Worth Campus Multi-Generational

5-SW Sharpe Men Only I’d describe group as “semi-open”, meaning the group as a whole reserves the right to reject anyone that we suggest introducing (it’s only happened once, when I had suggested a friend of mine who had mistreated a sister-in-law of one of the men already in the group), but most of us were initially introduced and brought in by another member of the group - we operate this way to maintain the transparency and vulnerability that we believe is important. More importantly, we are an irreverent group, who spend as much time needling each other and socializing about alma maters, college football, dining and politics, as we do studying - nevertheless, we really do enjoy being with each other, regardless of what it is we’re doing (eating out usually once a semester, and even traveling once together) - we’re a good home for a believing man whose wife might already be otherwise engaged in a different Bible study. 5-W Percival Our Home Group welcomes women from all life stages. We find joy, comfort and fellowship together, strengthening our bond with the Lord and with Christ Chapel. To keep things simple, we meet for one hour every other Monday night and usually don’t serve a meal. Sometimes we bring snacks to share. We usually follow the discussion outline supplied by the church on the back of the sermon notes. We support one another as we experience life's joys and challenges. We are currently meeting in-person in a member's home on the far west side of Fort Worth. Monday at 6:30 PM 10 62 Fort Worth Campus Multi-Generational

6-NE Laschinger Our group organized in the summer of 2023 with the purpose of gathering church members and other interested individuals and couples who lived in southwest Denton County. With the help of Leslie Rollins at Christ Chapel, we obtained a list of people affiliated with the church who lived within a five-mile radius of Robson Ranch. We contacted everyone on the list and invited them to our first meeting on June 11, 2023. Several people had moved further north of the main church campus and were excited about having a small group closer to their new residence. During the summer, we did not have any prepared series to use for our discussions, so we met most Thursdays in various host homes to discuss the sermon questions. We averaged ten attendees. On a typical Sunday, a smaller group may gather to stream the traditional service, or we may watch it in our own homes. About once a month, some of us carpool or drive independently to the main Campus to worship God with the congregation in the Traditional service. Some may meet after the service for lunch. Our group consists mainly of retired or nearly retired couples and singles. Some have adult children and grandchildren of various ages. We occasionally arrive early at our group meeting to enjoy a meal, such as pizza, or to celebrate birthdays. Currently, our group is the furthest north of Christ Chapel. If you live north of Texas Highway 114, you may want to check us out. We have room for a few more Christ-followers. We are all growing and sharing how God’s love and grace is being poured out in our lives and how we can be disciples for Him. Thursday 15 44 Fort Worth Campus 60+

6-NW McGee Our group has been meeting since 2018 with a core group of 4 couples ranging in age from 65-86. We enjoyed the chance to have younger couples (in their 40s-50s) and welcome those ages if interested. We have been blessed by the wisdom of all the members and enjoy sharing one another’s journey with the Lord, challenges and praise, and prayer requests. Two of our couples have lived in FW most of their married lives, and three of our couples have attended CCBC for over 18 years. The fourth couple moved to FW 3 years ago to be near family so new members are always welcome—both new to CCBC or to FW or even to just Home Groups. Our group starts pretty promptly at 6:10, and we serve light snacks, water, coffee, decaf tea most weeks but enjoy a meal together once a month or near a members’ birthday. We have celebrated graduations of teenagers from high school a few times and had the teens come which was a joy. Though we rarely stray from the sermon notes discussion guide, we are always sensitive and flexible as the need to address an issue or concern anyone might need to share with the group or have the groups input on/prayer. 6-NW Nance Our group is composed of working couples in their 60’s and early 70's many of us have Grand Blessings. Organized in the fall of 2019, following the sermon series’ and having snacks to enjoy during fellowship forms the basic foundation for sharing and listening to God’s Word. Monthly/quarterly dinner/fellowship times are part of our gathering. This group is in the process of developing a unique personality and we would love for you to join us. Decades of diverse life experiences come together each week to bring very helpful perspectives on issues discussed from the lessons and personal sharing. Seeing one another outside the church campus is generally rare so these weekly gatherings are a refreshing and encouraging pause in the flow of life each week. 6-SW Carver Our home group is currently a mix of senior Bible-studying couples seeking new members, including singles and couples. Empty nesters would be a natural fit, but all are welcome. This home group in its present form has been meeting for about four years, but individuals have been in CCBC home groups much longer. We follow the discussion questions on the back of Sunday’s sermon notes, particularly those about how we can apply the sermon message to our daily lives. We finish by making prayer requests, which are sent by email to the members to continue in prayer during the week. An all-encompassing prayer is offered and the meeting dissolves into fellowship after 9 p.m. Coffee and nibbles are served at the start, and the host couple sometimes organizes a potluck dinner, though food is not a major emphasis of our meeting. We are a supporting group of friends who lift each other up in prayer and stand by each other through difficulties. We welcome new members to our fellowship. Our usual meeting place, the Carvers’ home, is south of Benbrook, so it might be convenient to members of the South and West campuses. Wednesday at 7:00 PM 17 68 Fort Worth Campus 50's, 60+

SC C. Smith Our home group is open to women of all ages attending group without a spouse whether they are widowed, divorced, single or married. Our group is full of women who love the Lord and His Word, love life, and love each other and are willing to do what needs to be done to help the other through whatever situation life has thrown at them. Some of us work and some of us do not. We are all young at heart and love to laugh. Our group is full of prayer warriors. Homegroup is directly after the 9:15 service on Sunday morning. We rotate the homes in which we meet: 591 Cardinal Ridge Road or 2100 Rustling Elm. Both homes are close to the Christ Chapel South Campus. We begin with coffee and most times have some type of small breakfast treats. We sit around and talk about our previous week and the goings on. We laugh and enjoy each other and when needed, come around whomever needs the loving that week. We then move to the open concept family room at 11:00 and sit around the dining table and discuss the home group topics on the back of the sermon notes, applying our life experiences and situations to the discussion. We try to finish up with the discussion topics, prayer requests and closing prayer by 12:00. SC Dozier Our group is made up of couples with children (primarily in the pre-k and elementary age range, though other ages are certainly welcome as well). We are a new group, looking to form connections at Christ Chapel, and to grow in our faith as we lead our families. We not only value establishing relationships amongst the adult members of our group, but also hope for this to be an opportunity for our children to form friendships, and to see meaningful community lived and modeled. We plan to share a meal together before jumping into study and discussion of the current sermon series, and then end the evening with prayer. While the adults have study and discussion, we plan to have a play area for the kiddos that is somewhat separate but able to be easily monitored from the conversation area (for example, meeting on a patio that looks out onto a backyard play area, or meeting in the living room while the kids play in an adjacent, visible area). In addition to our regular meetings, we would also love to plan service projects and other group outings. Our home group is a place where young families find community and grow as we walk in faith. We want our group to focus on Ministry Projects that we can do together with our families. We want to have a servant's heart like Jesus. SC Hines Our group began to meet in March of 2019. We currently have five active couples between the ages of 55 and 75. We normally meet on Monday at 6:30 p.m. Usually once a month we will have a meal and we'll meet at 6 pm. Each month we meet in a different home of one of the members. I think most people would consider that the members of our group are relatively mature Christians who are seeking a deeper daily experience with the Lord. We have good participation during our discussion time without any one person attempting to dominate the discussion. Prayer is an active part of our meeting time as we regularly pray for the needs of our family members and for the needs of Christ Chapel. I believe that the members of our group are secure in being able to share sensitive and personal information. There's a definite sense of community developing within the group. There are no children involved and we normally meet from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Sunday at 6:30 PM 12 69 South Campus 60+

OUR HOME GROUP MEETS THE FIRST AND THIRD SUNDAY OF THE MONTH. at 6:00 pm and usually concludes at 8:00 pm. Our group begins with catching up with each other and then our study. There is a question and answer time on the Sunday service and discussion of what that means to us. We then take prayer requests and have prayer. We end with snacks. of course and more fellowship! The 5th Sunday of the month we have a potluck with a devotional from the Sunday's service We encourage the men to meet with the Band of Brothers on Wednesday morn and the women with Women in the Word on Wednesday morn or evening. The ladies meet for coffee on the second Saturday of the month at 9 am. The ladies also have a message thread where we are constantly placing our Prayer requests and Praises as those requests are answered. What I find so comforting is within minutes and more like instantaneous, someone has seen the thread and has immediately started praying. We are a close knit group and feel we are among family. We know each others strengths and weaknesses and accept each other where we are. Our group has used the word feeling "accepted". We've discussed our spiritual gifts and encourage each other to use them. We are a fun group and like doing things together and would love to have others join us. SC Mitchell Hi! We're an online home group that meets on Tuesday evenings via zoom, and occasionally in person. We're a group that started meeting online only because of Covid-19, but have evolved into a group that continues to meet online for convenience and safety. It allows us to meet from the comfort of our own homes, which allows some of us that have children to meet while keeping the children in their own, familiar environment. Our group welcomes ages from late 20's to 50's, single or married and prefer those that reside near the South campus. We currently meet virtually on Tuesday evenings and occasionally meet together in person for food, fun, and fellowship. The ladies in the group meet up for lunch once a month and occasionally we'll have a meal together as a group. We welcome a blend of hearts eager to study God's Word and continue the learning that leaves off from Sundays. We do this by discussing relevant study questions from the sermon notes, pray with each other and lift each other up - in order to help our faith grow bigger, deeper and stronger, and enjoy good fellowship with each other. We seek God's Truth to transform our lives and to live for Him while we do life together. Please join us! Tuesday at 7:00 PM 10 42 South Campus 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's

SC Pike Our group consists of young married couples in their 30’s with smaller children. We all live busy lives, running around chasing kids to school and sporting events. We understand the importance of a close fellowship with parents in the same life stage and make every attempt to get together every other week. We have been together for awhile and have really enjoyed our time in the bible and fellowship with each other. Our group consists of many types of personalities and we appreciate each one. We believe it allows us to understand the topic at hand from a different points of view and look forward to what others have to say, or what they took from the study. Currently, we are studying the sermon notes on the back page and are open to new studies as the group deems fit. We typically meet at one of the members home every other week on Wednesdays. Our group meets from 6-7:30 p.m. Because we are a group with small children, we want to make sure everyone gets a chance to get home for their family dinner and bed time routines. We do not have child care so you will have to find your own each meeting time. One thing that is unique to our group is that we understand the life stage we are all in. We might not all be able to meet together every other week (although we try), but thats ok. The group is a priority, but you can’t always plan for every situation that gets thrown at you when little ones are involved. We strive to be more Christ-like in our marriages and parenting. We are a new group looking forward to new friends with like interests and desires to be with others in the group. Personality wise, we expect to have a mix of introverts and extroverts – my wife and I fit both those categories – who will grow to really enjoy sharing life inside and outside of our home group. We plan on meeting each week on Monday nights in our home in Burleson. Each meeting will consist of fellowship, conversations of life applications from the sermons, and then a time of prayer. Outside the home group meetings, our hope is that we could all build lasting relationships and meet outside the group for extracurricular activities–walks in the park or zoo, movies, dinner together, bicycle rides, perhaps just a man or just a women's meeting for coffee or breakfast, etc. We look forward to meeting new people who are willing to pray for and support others in the group. Our home group is a safe place where imperfect people can learn to share their life together and encourage each other in the never–boring journey of life and to learn to be more like Christ! SC Pruscha This is a brand-new group! We hope to build a group of single and divorced women and moms in their 30’s and 40’s to come together every other Sunday evening. We will share a time of fellowship, fun, discussion, and prayer. As we get to know each other, we will be able to encourage and pray for one another as we grow in faith. We want to be real and transparent- to be able to laugh and cry together. We will take turns hosting our gatherings in our homes. As the group develops, we will define our plan. Each evening, we will begin with a short time of fellowship to catch up with what is going on in our lives. Then, we will dive in to discussing the week’s sermon and talk about how we can apply it to ourselves. Finally, we will take prayer requests end in prayer. All personality types are welcome. We want to do life together, both at church and in the world. Sunday at 5:00 PM 5 42 South Campus 30's, 40's

SC Shepler Our group is new and is open to couples in their 40s, 50s, 60s and early 70s and meets each week on Monday evening at 6:30. We begin with food and conversation, then a group discussion of the previous Sunday's message. We conclude with a time of focused prayer and are done by 8:30. We would like to schedule some meetings for just food and conversation, and plan some fun outside events, and service ministries as the Lord leads. We think you will find our group warm, welcoming, and encouraging to your growth in Christ. Monday at 6:30 PM 9 63 South Campus 40's, 50's, 60+

SC Strayhorn Our group is for young married couples with or without children that will be forming in early 2023. We will be meeting each week in our home on Sunday evenings from 5:30-7:00. Periodically, we will enjoy fellowshipping together with a meal. Most Sundays, we will gather to discuss the sermon on a more personal level and apply it to our daily lives. Included each week will be a dedicated time for prayer for each other. We will also participate in opportunities to serve in our community through our church. There is always the question of childcare! We will come up with a plan that works for the couples in our group. Our home group is a place where imperfect people can learn to share life together and encourage each other in the never-boring journey of parenting babies and toddlers and learning to be more like Christ in our everyday lives. Let us love you and support you as you navigate the most blessed job of parenting! Sunday at 5:30 PM 6 34 South Campus 20's, 30's

WC Peretti We are an Adult Singles Group at the West Campus and have been together a little over a year. The personality of our group is fun, caring and eager to learn. We meet for Bible Study every other Sunday night at the same house from 6 to 8. We have a meal and each person takes a turn at doing the main dish and the rest of us bring side dishes and dessert. Our discussion is lively as we have a mixture of new Christians and mature Christians. We also meet for lunch the weeks we don’t have Bible Study and have gone to different events such as Concerts in the Park in Weatherford. Our group is where we all get together to study God’s word, pray for one another, laugh and cry together. Sunday at 6:00 PM 11 38 West Campus Multi-Generational
