The Care Process for Soul Care 

Soul Care exists to glorify God by comforting sufferers, restoring sinners and equipping saints. Our goal is to provide biblical care and support to help others meet the challenges of life in a way that will please and honor the Lord. 

If you are a returning care receiver, you may login with your username and password to access your account.

To Start the Care Process please fill out the intake form: 

First:  Click “Create a New Account”

  - Note: Church or Small Group selection -> enter your church name or none if you don't have a church home

  - Pastor/Elder or Deacon -> If one of them referred you.  If not leave blank

Second:  Complete any required forms. 

Third:  Click the "Submit Care Request" button.

Upon completion of the intake form:

Someone from our loving team will reach out via email, phone or text to share what the next steps look like for your particular situation.  

We’ll help you take the best step toward the care you need. It could be in the form of: Group Care, Individual Care, or other.
