re|engage

re|engage

Re|engage is designed for married couples — whether you're facing challenges like conflict, poor communication, infidelity, separation or divorce or simply seeking to grow together in Christ-centered unity. This program is not for those dating, engaged or living together, but it is open to couples who are separated, divorced or considering reconciliation. Re|engage offers a safe, supportive environment to experience healing, growth and transformation through God’s power. Whether you're struggling or wanting to deepen your connection, Re|engage can help you take steps toward a stronger, more unified marriage.

When you arrive, our team will pair you with a small group. Community can be a game-changer in our faith and relationships, and we’ve seen how including other couples to speak and share is a first step that directs marriages in the right direction. The Re|engage process joins you and your spouse in a couples’ small group with a facilitator couple to work through strengthening your marriage. We break up the course into the following three segments:

Large Group Orientation
This is an opportunity to hear some practical teaching and testimonies about Re|engage. We’ll discuss what the next season could look like for your relationship if you choose to fully commit, outlining the steps ahead, what you can expect and answering any questions you might have along the way.

Open Group
After large group orientation, everyone will be assigned a temporary small group. Couples will discuss different marriage challenges and topics and give the opportunity to experience a small group. This is not your permanent group for the semester, and the groupings are subject to change each week during this three-week orientation. Please commit to attending all available open groups prior to committing to a closed group.

Closed Group
After attending open group consistently, you and your spouse can commit to the process as outlined in large group orientation. You will be placed in a smaller closed group of about five other couples with a facilitator couple. Together, you will begin working through the 14-week Re|engage curriculum, which incorporates biblically-based lessons on the following topics:

Love
Brokenness
Grace
Humility
Communication
Forgiveness
Making Amends
Reconciliation
Commitment
Expectations
Emotional Intimacy
Physical Intimacy
Spiritual Intimacy
Investing in Your Marriage

For seriously dating, engaged or newly-married couples, we recommend attending AVENEW.
