We know how anxiety and fear can feel – your stomach drops, your neck tightens, your whole body tenses – but do you know what to do when anxiety fills your days and troubles your nights? You may have tried a few strategies like denial or working harder and noticed that they aren’t a permanent solution. In this 10-week women’s small group, we'll walk through biblical truths to gradually gain hope, peace and rest for everyday life. This group is designed for women ages 19 and older.
