God has blessed Christ Chapel with beautiful facilities, as time and space permit, we love to extend our facilities to those in our ministry and backyard. To best steward our facility, staff, and to best serve our primary purpose, we must prioritize as follows:

1. Christ Chapel Bible Church is first and foremost a place of worship. Therefore, spaces are unavailable for use on Sunday with very limited availability on Friday and Saturday.
2. Christ Chapel has regularly scheduled ministry activities and meetings.To respect our staffs normally scheduled hours, facility space is only available between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.There could be additional days or times that are blocked out for availability.
3. Christ Chapel desires to serve our members and attenders by supporting them through life events such as funerals and weddings. If you are looking to utilize our space for one of these events, please go back to the “Funeral & Wedding” section of our website.
4. Next, Christ Chapel will aim to serve ministry partners approved by our Local Outreach and Global Missions ministry. As well as other churches who share like-minded ministries. As part of your request to book space, we must receive your statement of faith along with your signed agreement.
5. If possible, we love to open our doors for community outreach and fellowship events.

Additionally, Christ Chapel must also follow the below non-negotiables:

• Christ Chapel facilities cannot be used by for-profit businesses/organizations. We cannot accommodate corporate meetings, trainings, staff retreats, etc.
• Church facilities are not available for fundraising events of any type.
• The Sanctuary and Chapel are not available on Sundays
• Requests for facility usage cannot be submitted more than 4 months in advance
